What we collect

Order contact details, questionnaire answers, lyric feedback, pronunciations, approvals, and protected-preview activity.

What we do not do

We do not publish personal stories, use them for marketing without separate permission, or expose clean final files publicly. Clean portal delivery is used only when configured for a non-Etsy order. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Storage and retention

Customer files are private. Preview access is short-lived and order-scoped. Order information is retained for the configured retention period, then may be anonymized through a deliberate admin workflow; minimal transaction references may remain where legally required.
